Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for full-priced Ready-to-Ship products and accessories only (excluding Sabyasachi). Customized and Made-to-Order standard size products are not eligible for exchange.

Eligible Products
Items marked with a "ships in 2 days" label are Ready-to-Ship and can be exchanged.
Requesting an Exchange
You have 48 hours from the receipt of your order to request an exchange. Please email us at anuchauhanfashions.info@gmail.com or contact us at +91 9392924525 with your order details and reason for the exchange.

Return Conditions
All return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Products must be returned in their original packaging within 48 hours of receipt.
Items should be unworn, in perfect condition, with all tags attached.
Any designer packaging (authenticity cards, dust bags, leather tags) must be included.
Special Notes for International Orders
Please contact us within 48 hours at anuchauhanfashions.info@gmail.com or +91 9392924525 to arrange a pick-up. Return costs will be borne by the customer.

Quality Check
Upon receipt of your return, products will undergo a quality check. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing original labels may not be accepted.

Hand-worked designer dresses
Home Kitchen swimwear
Bikini bottoms
Items purchased at a discount
Products that have been exchanged once are not eligible for further exchanges.
